Journal / AI adoption

Adoption fails when it starts with tools. It works when it starts with one painful task and a person who owns it.

Pick one task per team Meeting notes, first drafts of proposals, summarising customer feedback. One task, clearly defined, with a person responsible.

Write the house rules Which data may go into which tools, who reviews outputs, what is never automated. A one page policy prevents most problems.

Teach with real work Workshops built on your own documents beat generic training. People learn faster when the result is useful the same afternoon.

Measure time saved honestly Ask people to log time on the task before and after for two weeks. Real numbers persuade sceptics better than demos.

Expand from success Once one team has a working habit, they become the best trainers for the next.
